Mission, Vision, and Values


A fitting culture is one of the key success factors for an organization in achieving its goals and successfully implementing strategic change. Corporate, or organizational, values are one of the main driving forces of individual and collective behavior. Unfortunately, a values discussion is often impossible to lead internally. As your external partner, Enzaim Communications provides both methodological and content support including the development and introduction of new vision, mission and values statements. We usually start with an analysis of your current and desired future culture, applying the Cameron-Quinn framework. This will pave the way for an objective discussion of corporate values. The ideal instrument mix is agreed with you and may include surveys, focus groups, interviews, text analysis, or moderation of internal events. Employees are also included in the process, as appropriate, thereby raising the level of acceptance. After introducing a mission, vision and values statement, it is also important to assess the success of its implementation among the employees in order to take appropriate action where necessary.
