Evaluation
To ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in internal communications, it is recommended to regularly evaluate the success of measures taken by way of quantitative and/or qualitative measurements. The data thus collected will reveal whether the messages were properly understood by your employees or where, for example, there is still resistance to your change project, allowing you to take the necessary action effectively and without delay.
The most suitable measurement instrument, or a combination of instruments, is selected in agreement with you (refer to Analysis).
