All our consultants have spent several years in the corporate world. We know from experience what challenges information cascades and a multilingual work environment entail. We have ourselves fought for the attention of management or dealt with uncertainty among employees.
In addition to many years’ practical experience, we all have a solid academic background and emphasize continuing education. Our educational backgrounds complement each other ideally. At the same time, there are valuable overlaps: All our consultants hold an Executive Master of Science in Communications Management (Executive MScom) from the University of Lugano, Switzerland. Both our similarities and differences result in a tangible benefit for our clients.
