Our Mindset


Employees are far more than just another stakeholder group to consider in a communications concept. Confronted with corporate reality on a daily basis, employees are particularly sensitive to contradictions and omissions in their employer’s communications. In addition to being the recipients of such communication, they are important internal dialogue partners and assume a multiplier role outside the organization.

Enzaim Communications has deliberately chosen to specialize in internal communications and organizational culture. Effective communication with employees and a culture that supports management goals are becoming increasingly important success factors for all organizations. Faced with a rapidly changing environment, organizations must adapt just as radically and frequently in order to survive. For change to be successful, however, employees must understand the need for change. By targeting each employee group in the right way, communication helps foster the necessary level of understanding.

Together with you, we strive to achieve three objectives: understand the needs of the various employee groups, tailor content and instruments to those needs, and embed them in an organizational strategy. It goes without saying that in so doing, we will always adopt a holistic approach, integrating knowledge from the field of communications and beyond.
