Our fascination for the world of organizations makes us astute observers. We look beyond the obvious, at how things are interrelated. Understanding your organization is important to us, as is maintaining a critical distance.
Where we come from
Our thinking is based on the principles of organizational sociology and the discursive approach to consulting of Metaplan. We work in a dialog context, including the various stakeholders in our projects.
We focus on impact
Our work in projects is consistently systematic but flexible. There are always surprises on the path to change. But we don’t see them as a problem, just as part of the managed process. We focus on clear goals and measure ourselves against the achieved impact.
