Comprehensive Audit of Internal Communications as the Starting Point for a New IC Concept

Telecommunications company with locations throughout Switzerland

Task:
Enzaim Communications was commissioned to evaluate all the communications – instruments, content, communication behavior of the various target groups – and on the basis of these to develop a comprehensive IC concept. An online survey, focus groups, and individual interviews (German, French, Italian) were used as analysis instruments. The improvement potential which was thus identified was introduced into an overall communications concept and basic concepts for the individual communications instruments. The concepts included a definition of the roles of all those who contribute to internal communications.

Communications Concept for a Swiss Production Site


Client:
Swiss production site of a large multinational industrial conglomerate

Task:
The latest employee surveys having shown a deterioration in employee satisfaction, particularly in regard to internal communications (IC), Enzaim Communications was charged with developing a new IC concept for the Swiss facility with over 200 employees. The survey results were examined more closely in focus groups and personal interviews and the foundation for an improved set of IC instruments as well as an internal events concept were drawn up. Special attention was devoted to EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) communication in the final concept.
