Creating a Feedback System for Internal Communications
Client:
Large international technology corporation with Swiss roots
Task:
Enzaim Communications was commissioned with the design and introduction of a feedback system. The objective was to enable a continual evaluation of internal communications (IC), using mainly internal resources. The key element of the system was the focus groups, which were held periodically and moderated internally. For this purpose, a comprehensive guideline was developed and the members of the international communications team were trained in its use. Added to which were surveys on the individual media and externally moderated focus groups on sensitive issues.
