Designing a Concept, a Process and Practical Tools for a Europe-Wide Internal Newsletter

Client:
Regional company (EMEA) of a leading global medical technology firm

Task:
In a workshop with the head of communications, the managing editor and the commissioned external editor, Enzaim Communications devised the conceptual cornerstones of the newly launched European newsletter and the process for formulating content and design. Furthermore, customized guidelines for contributors as well as templates were created to facilitate the work of the nonprofessional authors. After the first few issues had been published, Enzaim Communications was called on to make a comparison of the final product and the concept. Deviations, which were uncovered, were clearly documented and forwarded to the attention of the respective individuals with concrete suggestions.
