Supporting the Strategy Development Process of an NGO
Client:
NGO with 60 employees in Switzerland
Task:
In the context of developing a new mid-term strategy, Enzaim Communications was called in as a full-service process supporter, responsible for designing, moderating, and following up several workshops (6–60 participants). Consulting with Enzaim Communications enabled management to concentrate fully on the challenges of the strategy development process. In addition, Enzaim Communications was charged with designing and moderating the quarterly executive workshops.

Conceptual Design and Moderation of a Workshop with Communications Officers
Client:
Leading research and education organization in Switzerland
Task:
The mandate comprised the conceptual design and moderation as well as comprehensive follow-up of a two-day workshop with the communications managers of the individual units. The focus of these workshops was on strengthening mutual understanding and defining common communications projects in a highly political environment. As a consequence, the mandate was extended to regular support of the communications team in the framework of an exchange platform.
