Development of a Mission and Values Statement and Evaluation of Values Implementation
Client:
Medium-sized Swiss federal agency, with a great deal of public exposure
Task:
Enzaim Communications was consulted for comprehensive methodological project support in developing and introducing a new mission and values statement. The project was initiated with an analysis of the old mission statement and a survey to determine the actual and desired culture. Then, jointly with management, a new mission and values statement was developed in an intensive process that also selectively included employees. Enzaim Communications additionally worked out a concept for introducing the new mission and values statement to middle management and staff and guided the implementation.
One year after introducing the new mission and values statement, Enzaim Communications reviewed the status of the values implementation among the employees by means of a survey. The results were the topic of a critical discussion at an agency-wide conference and measures were defined by management in order to intensify the activities.

Formulating Corporate Values for an SME
Client:
IT service provider in the healthcare sector
Task:
Enzaim Communications was commissioned to formulate values for the organization in a streamlined, yet methodologically sound process. The approach was therefore correspondingly pragmatic and based on three consecutive workshops with management staff and the executive board (desired and actual culture analysis, draft of values definition, values adoption). In the framework of the last workshop, Enzaim Communications also pointed out various activities which the client could use to introduce and implement the values.
