Professional Support in Developing a Communications Concept
Client:
Division of a large Swiss federal enterprise
Task:
Following a crisis situation, all the internal and external communications of the client were reevaluated. Enzaim Communications was asked to be the sparring partner and to critically review the concept draft, making recommendations where necessary. These were then presented in the framework of a joint workshop, discussed intensively, and finally integrated in the concept by the client himself.

Task:
The client’s strategic reorientation called for a new IC concept. Enzaim Communications was asked to be a sparring partner and to support the communications department in developing the new IC concept. For this, the client’s ideas and recommendations were structured and developed further in a joint workshop and then integrated by the communications department in their concept.
