Realization Concept for Internal Events of a Financial Services Provider
Client:
A banking group active in Switzerland with several thousand employees
Task:
Enzaim Communications was entrusted with evaluation of the existing basic concept for internal events and with development of a realization concept for the individual types of events (management events, staff information). One focal point was defining suitable formats for the event objectives, with special consideration given to dialogue and feedback elements for events targeting top management.

Introduction of New Employee and Management Events
Client:
Swiss production facility of a large international industrial conglomerate
Task:
In the framework of an IC concept developed by Enzaim Communications, employee events were redesigned. This included on the one hand the introduction of a new dialogic format for the existing employee event and on the other hand initiation of a regular workshop for all managers. Enzaim Communications was responsible for the detailed concept as well as the planning and realization of the first events. Extensive know-how transfer to the client enabled them to later organize the events internally.
