Development of an IC Concept for a Service Provider
Client:
Relatively young Swiss-based service provider with some 2,000 employees and offices in all linguistic regions of Switzerland. Highly dynamic and competitive market environment.
Task:
Enzaim Communications reviewed the entire range of communications - instruments, content, and the communication behavior of the various stakeholder groups - and developed a new, improved umbrella concept. The analysis included focus groups, an online survey, and in-depth interviews. Based on the identified scope for improvement, we developed a comprehensive communications concept as well as concepts for the individual communications instruments, including specification of the roles of all internal functions contributing to internal communications.
