Client:
Leading global network of 5,000 specialized surgeons and scientists in research, development, and education of surgeons and operating room personnel.
Task:
Enzaim Communications has been the external partner for all aspects of internal communications. Our assignments have included project coaching within the scope of a major global communications project featuring an online survey and focus groups. In addition, we supported the client in the development of a global internal communications concept featuring a detailed analysis of its multiple stakeholder groups. Furthermore, we have consulted the client in the area of concept development and implementation as well as content development for numerous internal publications and employee as well as executive-level meetings.
