Our Team
Enzaim Communications AG specializes in organizational development, with a particular focus on internal communications, organizational culture and change processes. Our team has many years of experience and expert knowledge in these areas. We draw on our carefully selected network of specialists in graphic design, corporate publishing, new media, and empirical social research, whenever necessary. Founded in early 2003, the consulting firm became a public company in 2004 and is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
As a team, we combine many years of practical experience and training in corporate communications, strategy and organizational development, finance and human resource management. As a result, you benefit from our holistic approach. Our services are provided in German, English, and French. For analyses (e.g. focus groups) in other languages, we have access to external partners, if required. To cultivate professionalism in this sector, we are also involved in teaching and have set up several exchange platforms for knowledge sharing among peers.
