Cordula Rieger

Cordula Rieger began her career within the finance team of the Unaxis group (today OC Oerlikon), where she held various line and staff positions. In 2002, she joined the corporate communications team as Internal Communications Manager. During her four years in this position, she reorganized internal communications and put all internal media onto a new conceptual base. She also consulted the executive management team on employee communications in the context of strategic change projects. Cordula Rieger’s academic and professional career has led her from Germany, via the UK and India, to Switzerland.
Academic background: Executive Master of Science in Communications Management (University of Lugano, Switzerland), dual bachelor degree in European Business Studies (University of Applied Sciences Regensburg, Germany / Oxford Brookes University, England).
Cordula Rieger won the 2005 Burson-Marsteller Award for Academic Excellence. She teaches change communication at the Swiss Marketing and Advertising Institute (SAWI). She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Executive MScom Alumni Association and a certified Metaplan™ workshop moderator.
