Nils Rickert

Nils Rickert began his professional career as project manager in corporate human resources with Hilti Corporation in Liechtenstein, where his responsibilities included the development and communi- cation of a new HR strategy. As Executive Director of UNITECH International, he then headed the establishment of a European network of leading technical universities and multinationals before founding Enzaim Communications in 2003. In addition to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Nils Rickert has studied and worked in the U.S., the Netherlands, and France.
Academic background: Executive Master of Science in Communications Management (University of Lugano, Switzerland), Master (lic. oec.) in Business Administration (University of St. Gallen, Switzerland), CEMS Master in International Management (University of St. Gallen, Switzerland / Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands).
Nils Rickert is an internal communications lecturer and examiner at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). He also teaches organizational culture at the Swiss Public Relations Institute (SPRI). Nils Rickert is a certified Metaplan™ workshop moderator.
