Tanja Passow

Tanja Passow started her career as a translator and conference interpreter working with a variety of clients in the private and public sectors. Before joining Enzaim Communications in 2005, she spent six years with Mettler-Toledo International, where her responsibilities as Corporate Communications Manager included internal and external communications assignments. Among others, she was the editor-in-chief of the employee magazine for the company’s Swiss operations, and contributed to both the concept and content of a variety of events and publications. In addition, she was in charge of several initiatives that would significantly strengthen cooperation between the company’s local and corporate communicators within the matrix organization.
Academic background: Executive Master of Science in Communications Management (University of Lugano, Switzerland), degrees in translation and conference interpretation (Zurich School for Translation and Interpretation, today the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland). Winner of the Burson-Marsteller Award for Academic Excellence (2003), an IPR Silver Ruler of Measurement Award (2004), and an IABC Gold Quill Award (2005).
Tanja Passow is a lecturer in organizational culture and change communication at the SPRI Swiss Public Relations Institute (Diplomlehrgang für PR-Berater/-innen and CAS Corporate Communications). She has also coauthored several papers on reputation management and is a certified Metaplan™ workshop moderator.
