HR can contribute a lot to successfully managing transitions. By balancing the interests of Executives, other managers and employees, HR professionals can make sure orientation and appreciation are an integral part of the process. But only if the premises are given.
Executive Meetings are an excellent platform for organizations in transition to activate their leadership team and engage them in dialogue. Initiating change in any company will not be possible without the support of its employees. Unfortunately, it is the nature of such processes to almost automatically elicit (legitimate) objections, fear and resistance.
