Successful SVIK Conference on Change Management
With high-level speakers and an attractive mix of cases, the fourth SVIK Conference shed light on the multifaceted topic of change management. Far more than 100 HR and communications professionals had seized the opportunity and joined SBB CEO Andreas Meyer as he shared his insights into the challenging task of executive communication and information cascades. In interactive breakout sessions, they learned more about the challenges and contribution of communication to various change programs, ranging from Bank Coop’s customer service initiative to transforming SBB Cargo into a process-driven organization. The excellent participant ratings underscore the relevance of both topic and speakers, making us proud to be a main sponsor of the conference since its beginnings. Successful launch of new platform for professional exchange

Enzaim Communications has launched two groups for knowledge sharing in internal communications (ERFA-IK), providing an efficient platform for collective and self-determined learning. The groups convene participants with IC responsibility from renowned Swiss organizations in the manufacturing and financial services industries. Through a moderated exchange in five yearly meetings, they discuss self-selected IC topics. External speakers are included to provide additional expertise, where appropriate. The great interest and success of the initial meetings illustrate that our offering truly closes an important market gap. A third group will be initiated in the course of this year should market demand remain high.
